The Beginning
Founded as Brainsoft by a team of software engineers, a chartered accountant, and management consultants with a mission to build business software for Indian SMEs.
Incorporation & Identity
Formally incorporated as BNG Infotech Private Limited (Brainsoft New Group) under the Indian Companies Act, with a focused mandate on ERP solutions for retail, logistics, and manufacturing.
First Transport Module
Developed and launched the first transport booking and operations module, laying the foundation for what would become LOZICS®.
Windows Desktop ERP Launch
Launched a comprehensive Windows-based desktop application for transport, logistics, and fleet management — a breakthrough product that established BNG as a credible player in the logistics software market.
LOZICS® Nxt Goes Cloud
Released LOZICS® Nxt, a fully browser-based, cloud-native version of the Transport ERP, with real-time tracking, financial reporting, and mobile capabilities. Received the Cargo Award 2017.
ISO Certification
Achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, formalising quality management standards across development, implementation, and support operations.
eFacto® Cloud ERP Launches
Responded to the booming Indian retail and distribution market with the launch of eFacto®, a cloud-native ERP platform for retail, distribution, and manufacturing.
Rapid Growth
Expanded the client base to 700+ SME clients and 20,000+ users. Onboarded marquee clients including Archies Ltd, L'Occitane En Provence, and Biotique. Launched mobile applications for both platforms.
eFacto® ONE — The Unified Platform
Announced eFacto® ONE (efacto.ai), a unified, AI-powered enterprise platform combining the strengths of eFacto® and LOZICS® into a single ecosystem. A new chapter begins.
